Returns and Exchanges:

Items may be returned for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. In order to qualify for a return, cusomter must contact Kailo Chic within 7 days of receipt and must return item in the original condition. Contact Kailo Chic at orders@kailochic.com to obtain an authorization number for your return before shipping it back. Once item is received your card will be credited the purchase price minus the 10% restocking fee. Or, you may choose to exchange your item for any other item on our site without losing the 10% restocking fee. 

Shipping:

Kailo Chic ships internationally and domestically. International orders are shipped out via USPS first class mail international and take anywhere from 14-21 days to arrive. Orders shipped to US addresses are shipped either USPS or Fedex Ground and usually take anywhere from 2-5 days to arrive. Please see shipping options when checking out if you need to upgrade to priority shipping.
