What
method of payments do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover payments at this
time.
Is
using a credit card on your site safe?
Yes, all orders are processed on an SSL (Secure Sockets
Layer) server. SSL is the leading security protocol on
the Internet. SSL is widely used
to do two things: to validate the identity of a Web site and to
create an encrypted connection for sending credit card and other
personal data. Look for a lock icon at the bottom of your
browser when you order merchandise. If the lock is closed, you
are on a secure SSL or TLS connection
What
about sales tax?
Sales tax is only applicable to Texas residents.
Do
you accept international orders?
Yes, we will ship internationally. International orders will be
accepted with the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discover, and Paypal. Shipping charges of $5 USD
apply to regular orders outside of the US and Canada.
International orders that include laptop bags or sleeves are
charged $10 per bag for shipping.
What
if an item is damaged when I receive it?
If any item is damaged in the mail, then it will be replaced at
no charge. Just send the item back and a new one will be shipped
to you and your shipping cost will be refunded (if and only if
you use USPS First Class or Priority Mail). Just make sure you
send the item back within 7 days of receipt.
Can
I return or exchange an item if I decide I don't want it?Items
may be returned for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. In
order to qualify for a return, item must be returned within 7
days of receipt and must be in the original condition. Contact
Kailo Chic at orders@kailochic.com
to obtain an authorization number for your return before
shipping it back. Once item is received your card will be credited
the purchase price minus the 10% restocking fee. Or, you may
choose to exchange your item for any other item on our site
without losing the 10% restocking fee.

Yes,
we do wholesale our items. Please see our wholesale
page for more information.
How
are all of the items made and how do I contact the designer?
All
of the items for sale at kaliochic.com are handmade in the US
(except for the laptop bags and sleeves) and are the designs of Kara Whitten. If you would like to
contact us for interviews or press inquiries, please
email inquiry@kailochic.com.
